Ambassador K. Kudzmanas presented his letter of credence to the Dean of the International Anti-Corruption Academy
On 18 August, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Lithuania to International Organisations in Vienna, Ambassador Kęstutis Kudzmanas, presented his letter of credence to the Dean of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), Drago Kos.
During the meeting at the IACA campus in Laxenburg, Austria, Ambassador K. Kudzmanas reaffirmed Lithuania’s support for the Academy’s work. He also emphasised Lithuania’s readiness to cooperate closely with the IACA during its Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Lithuania’s membership in the IACA supports the implementation of the national agenda on corruption prevention for 2022–2033, as approved by the Seimas. Membership enables Lithuania to benefit from the Academy’s educational, research, and cooperation opportunities, and to share its expertise and practical experience.
The Academy currently has 83 members, including 79 United Nations Member States and 4 international organisations.
