Ambassador K. Kudzmanas in Kyiv: support for Ukraine must remain the top priority on the OSCE agenda

Ambassador Kęstutis Kudzmanas, with a delegation of OSCE participating States representatives, visited Ukraine from 20 to 22 July, where he met with Ukrainian authorities, civil society representatives and partners of the OSCE’s support programme for Ukraine.

Meetings with Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk, First Deputy Head of the Office of the President Sergiy Kyslytsya, Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, Deputy Foreign Minister Mariana Betsa, other officials, and representatives of non-governmental organisations focused on OSCE support for Ukraine and its role in international efforts to hold Russia accountable for its ongoing aggression.

“Lithuania, together with its partners, will continue to make every effort to ensure that support for Ukraine remains the top priority on the OSCE’s agenda. We also support the OSCE’s mechanisms for documenting Russia’s crimes, to ensure that Russia is held fully accountable for its war of aggression against Ukraine,” said the Lithuanian representative.

The Ambassadors also visited OSCE-supported rehabilitation and reintegration centres for war veterans as well as civilians and children affected by the war.
